Wayne: The day I set foot on that beach in Normandy, I never wished more that there was a god in heaven, and I was never more certain that they wasn't.

Tate Mitchum: Damn.. you are grizzled...

I challenge the readership of this fine website to find a man more grizzled than my Granfather In Law. A coal miner at age 9. One of the first soldiers into Nagasaki after the bomb was dropped and radioactive ash was still falling at age 18. A beef farmer for the past 60 years with some stints as a trucker mixed in there. Also worked with asbestos for around 30 years. Recenctly gave up snuff and cigarettes in his 70's but still drinks. Eats meat everyday. "He must have horable health problems" you must be thinking. On the contrary my friend, he danced up a storm at my wedding and farms to this day. The next time someone tells you you shouldn't coal mine at age 9, walk through radioactive ash, use asbestos for thirty years, smoke and snuff till you are seventy, or drink and eat meat all your life, tell that fancy doctor that they don't know what the hell they are talking about and maybe they need a degree from the school of hard knocks.
